Directions to Make a Local Copy of the Online CD: Download the zip file and extract the files into a folder on your system. The zip file will have a system generated name of "Group_[ID Number].zip". Once you have downloaded the zip you may safely change the filename. OR, if you do not have software to extract from a zip file: Create a folder on your system. You may name this folder as you please. Download the files under the heading "To Burn a CD" into this folder. Create another folder inside the first one and name it "Files". Download all other files from the Online CD page into the "Files" folder. Sample File Structure: My Documents - Your_Folder_Name - Files + title_of_publication1.pdf + title_of_publication2.pdf + etc. - autorun.inf - Health_Policy_Logo_[language].png - Index.html - READ_ME.txt - winopen.exe To Run the CD from your Local Machine: Double-click on the Index.html file to launch the Online CD menu in your browser. You do not need to be connected to the internet. The menu will point to the downloaded files on your system. To Burn a CD: If you have a CD burner and software, you can burn your own copy of the CD. You want to be certain that the Index.html and other files from the "to Burn a CD" section are at the ROOT of your CD. This will allow your CD to automatically launch the menu on many PCs. NOTE: The security settings on some PCs and on the Mac OSX do not permit CDs to automatically launch programs. In case this occurs, you will need to run the Index.html file from the CD to launch the menu.
