Abstract:

The USAID | Health Policy Initiative Costing Task Order conducted an analysis to link program implementation to impact and cost at a provincial level in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa. The Goals model was employed to conduct the analysis. Goals is a module within the Spectrum suite of health policy modeling tools, which projects the effects of prevention and treatment programs on HIV prevalence, incidence, and mortality.
